Terms of Use
1. Introduction
Welcome to Admittee, LLC ("Admittee," "we," "us," or "our"), a digital ticketing platform that enables schools, colleges, athletic associations, and event venues ("School," "Event Organizer," or "User") to sell and manage digital tickets for events. By accessing or using the Admittee platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the platform.
2. Digital Assets and Permissions
2.1 Responsibility for Digital Assets
The Event Organizer is solely responsible for obtaining all necessary rights and permissions to use any logos, images, trademarks, or branding featured in event promotions or ticketing, including those of:
• Their own institution.
• Opponent schools or affiliated organizations.
2.2 Indemnification for Unauthorized Use
Admittee does not verify the ownership or rights of digital assets used by an Event Organizer. The Event Organizer agrees to indemnify and hold Admittee harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from the unauthorized use of such assets.
2.3 School Logos & Trademarks
• Admittee may display school logos, names, or branding for illustration purposes only.
• These logos remain the intellectual property of their respective owners.
• The use of logos does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation with Admittee.
• If any institution wishes to have its logo removed, they may contact support@admitteetickets.com, and Admittee will comply with the request promptly.
3. Payment Processing
3.1 Third-Party Payment Processor (Stripe)
All transactions conducted through Admittee are processed via Stripe, Inc. ("Stripe"). By using Admittee’s platform, the Event Organizer agrees to Stripe’s terms of service.
3.2 Payment Responsibilities
• Admittee is not responsible for payment processing errors, delays, or disputes.
• Any payment-related disputes must be resolved directly with Stripe.
• Admittee does not store or process financial information; all transactions occur through Stripe.
3.3 Revenue Distribution
• Revenue from ticket sales is collected by Stripe and transferred to the verified bank account of the Event Organizer.
• Admittee is not responsible for incorrect payout details provided by the Event Organizer.
4. License and Access
4.1 Limited License
Admittee grants the Event Organizer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for selling digital tickets in compliance with these Terms.
4.2 Prohibited Activities
Users may not:
• Reproduce, copy, or exploit any portion of the platform without express written permission from Admittee.
• Use the platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform’s integrity or performance.
5. Refunds, Cancellations & Ticket Transfers
5.1 Refund Policy
• All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated by the Event Organizer.
• Refund requests must be directed to the Event Organizer, not Admittee.
• Processing fees are non-refundable even in the event of a cancellation.
5.2 Event Cancellations
• If an event is canceled, the Event Organizer is responsible for issuing refunds in accordance with their refund policy.
• Admittee will not issue refunds unless explicitly authorized by the Event Organizer.
5.3 Ticket Transfers & Resale
•Tickets may or may not be transferable, depending on the Event Organizer’s policy.
• Unauthorized resale of tickets is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.
6. Data Privacy and Security (CCPA Compliance)
6.1 Privacy Policy
Admittee collects and stores user data in compliance with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and our [Privacy Policy].
6.2 User Responsibilities
• The Event Organizer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of its account credentials.
• If unauthorized access is suspected, Admittee must be notified immediately.
6.3 User Rights Under CCPA
California residents have the right to:
• Request access to personal data.
• Request deletion of personal data.
• Opt-out of data sharing for targeted advertising.

7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
8. Termination
8.1 Termination by Admittee
• Admittee reserves the right to terminate or suspend the Event Organizer's access to the platform at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if the Event Organizer breaches any of these Terms.
8.2 Effect of Termination
• Upon termination, the Event Organizer's right to use the platform will immediately cease.
• All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
9. Changes to Terms
• Admittee reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
• Changes will be posted on the Admittee website and take effect immediately upon posting.
• Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
